
Burn The Fat by Tom Venuto Review
If you have been reading my emails or have been in correspondence with me personally as many readers have, whenever I recommend a diet book I always end up reviewing and then spending half my time explaining why some of the features of that diet are not a good idea.
It is with absolute joy that I can finally recommend a book on diet and fitness that I fully endorse and have no reservations with at all.
It is written by Tom Venuto whose articles I have followed over the years and have always been impressed with. When I learned that he wrote a book about weight loss, I purchased it immediately, in fact I have been reading for the last couple of
hours!!
The main trouble with diet books is that they tell you what to eat and what not to eat according to their own biases. Tom's book gives you the knowledge to understand why!
For example, which fats you need, how much and why, which carbohydrates and why, in fact I guarantee that when you finish the book you will be educating those around you about proper eating and nutrition.
Tom comes from the bodybuilding world but his advice is based in legitimate nutritional and medical science.
As I read through the book which I just finished now at midnight, I kept saying to myself. 'Finally, Finally, a book that TEACHES you how to make the right decisions and live a healthy life.'
It is high time that a diet book was written that empowers the reader with real knowledge and real plans to lose weight in a healthy way that will result in great health and vitality!
