Ingredients
- Bunch of chard mixed colors
- 3 cloves garlic
- Small onion
- Two to three tomatoes chopped fine stewed
- Green pepper small
- Beef broth 1 cup low sodium
- One lb 95-97 percent ground sirloin
- Miracle rice one bag
- Sea salt and ground pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Method
- Sauté onion, green pepper, crushed garlic in 1/3 of olive oil or beef broth about 10 minutes
- Add finely chopped stems chard cook 5 minutes
- Add ground sirloin sauté till cooked
- Drain olive oil then
- Stir in 1/2 tomatoes
- Miracle Rice simmer about 10 minutes
- Blanch the chard leaves in par boiling water
- Stuff chard leaves with a scoop of beef mixture
- Place in pre heated over to 350 add remaining beef broth to baking pan then top with remaining tomatoes. Preparation time is 1 hour; Cook at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
