Miracle Noodle Egg White Vermicelli Stir Fry

Ingredients:
2 packs of miracle noodle egg white vermicelli
1 pack oyster mushrooms, chopped
1 onion, sliced
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
5 green chili peppers, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
scallions, chopped

Directions:
1.) Rinse two packs of the egg white vermicelli noodles.
2.) Sauté all the vegetables in a medium heat pan and stir.
3.) Add the noodles to the pan, and pour the teriyaki sauce on top. Mix thoroughly.
4.) Serve and enjoy!
