Miracle Noodle makes food, and we like teaching the science behind it. Everything we publish here — on this site, in our blog, and in Jonathan Carp, MD’s videos and classes — is meant to help you understand how food works in your body. It is education, not medical advice. This page explains where that line sits, so you can use what you learn the right way.
For education, not medical advice
The information on this site is general and educational. It is not a substitute for advice from your own doctor, who knows your history, your medications, and your body. Reading our content, watching a video, or buying a product does not create a doctor–patient relationship with Jonathan Carp, MD, or anyone at Miracle Noodle.
Our products and the FDA
Our foods are foods. They are meant to be part of a normal, balanced diet — not to treat any health condition.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Talk with your doctor first
Before you change your diet, start a new eating pattern, or make our products a larger part of your routine, talk with a qualified healthcare provider — especially if you are pregnant or nursing, managing a health condition, or taking medication. If something you read here raises a question about your own health, your doctor is the right person to answer it. That is the whole idea behind what we do: we help you understand, and your care team helps you decide.
Individual results vary
Any stories, testimonials, or experiences shared by our customers or our team are personal to them. They are not promises, and they are not typical for everyone. Your body, your habits, and your health are your own, and results naturally differ from person to person.
A note on ingredients and allergies
Please read the label on every product and check the ingredients against your own needs. Our egg white noodles are made from egg whites. Our konjac (shirataki) noodles are made from the konjac plant. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, review the ingredient list before eating, and ask your doctor if you are unsure.
