"I do love me some pumpkin! Besides being delicious, pumpkin is packed with fiber and vitamin A. Combined with your protein powder of choice, you've got yourself a delicious mug cake. I used Salted Caramel Protein Powder, taking this cake to flavortown!! "


INGREDIENTS:

1/4- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1 scoop protein powder
1 egg white
1/2 tsp Miracle Noodle Konjac Flour
1 dash cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:

1. Combine all ingredients and microwave for 2-3 minutes until cake has formed.
