Ingredients


  • 2 cups, Broccoli Slaw Mix
  • 1/4 cup(s), Cilantro, Raw
  • 1/4 pepper, Poblano* Pepper, Raw (Grams)
  • 1/4 cup(s), Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup(s), Sour cream
  • 1 lime yields, Lime juice
  • 1 tbs, Xylitol
  • 1 tsp, Ground Cumin
  • 2 tbs, Mustard - Yellow
  • 3 ounce, Monterey Jack
  • 2 packages Miracle Noodle (6.9 oz ea.), Ziti
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Prepare Miracle Noodles. Rinse in cold water, microwave for 2 minutes. Rinse in cold water again and allow to cool in strainer. Press out additional moisture with a paper towel.
  2. Combine broccoli slaw, cilantro, and diced Poblano pepper in a large bowl. Set aside.
  3. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, cumin, mustard and sweetener in a separate bowl. Mix well.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir to combine.
  5. Add Miracle Noodle and gently stir to combine.
  6. Add cheese, and gently stir to combine.
  7. You can eat it immediately, but it is better to refrigerate for about an hour to allow tastes to meld. Garnish with additional cilantro.
