Ingredients


  • 1/2 pound of andouille sausage* ( *a smoked sausage made using pork, originating in France)
  • 1 pound of Shrimp (or you can use 1 pound of chicken breast pieces)
  • 6 asparagus spears cut in bite size pieces 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup of sherry wine (or white wine)
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning (like Zararains)
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup of whipping cream
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 4 bags of Miracle Noodle Fettuccini

Method

  1. Sauté sausage and shrimp (or chicken) with garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, and onion powder until thoroughly done 5- 7 minutes under medium heat. Add cooking wine and let cook 2 more minutes.
  2. Add Asparagus, tomato sauce, black pepper, and smoked paprika to cost evenly stirring.
  3. Add whipped cream and cook until it is to desired thickness. Cook Miracle Noodles per packaging instructions. Add them to sauce mixture and add parsley.
  4. Mix well together then top off with Parmesan if desired. Prep time 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!!
