Grilled Shrimp with Pow Pow Sauce

Ingredients:

1 Pack Miracle Noodle Fettuccine
3 Shrimps
4 Tbsp Avocado Oil
4 Tbsp Sherry
4 Tbsp Pow Pow Sauce
1 Tbsp Garlic
1 Ginger
3 Tbsp Avocado Oil
2 Scallions

Directions:

1.) Marinate the shrimp in avocado oil, sherry, pow pow sauce, fresh garlic and ginger for 3 hours prior to grilling. The shrimp were grilled on direct heat for several minutes per side.

2.) While the shrimp marinates, rinse the miracle noodles under hot water and then sauté them in avocado oil with some fresh garlic, scallion and ginger. Added soy sauce and a little sherry and mixed them for a few minutes until done.

3.) I topped them with uncooked scallion and plated it with the shrimp on top.
