Let's make it tasty! Let's make it healthy! Check out this recipe from our Ambassador Sherri Williams. Sherri used our Ready to Eat Spaghetti noodles that are zero prep! Just drain and pat dry. For a hint of sweetness, she used our Monkfruit zero net-carb sweetener.

INGREDIENTS: 

💥All amounts of protein, veggies, and seasonings to preference

1 package of Miracle Noodle Organic Spaghetti
Boneless skinless chicken thighs
White onion 
Green onion 
Garlic
Ginger 
Spinach
Carrots 
Shiitake mushrooms
Tamari 
Toasted sesame oil
Toasted sesame seeds
Red pepper powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener

DIRECTIONS:

1. Rinse Miracle Noodle for 1 min, drain, then dry roast in a hot pan over medium heat till all water is absorbed. Set aside.

2. Combine all other ingredients and fold in noodles.

3. Enjoy!
