Creamy, Crunchy Casserole

Creamy, Crunchy Casserole

Need dinner ideas? Just look in the fridge! Elsie came up with this tasty meal with her leftover veg, meat, and cheese!⁣⁣

“What a pleasant surprise from fridge clearing - creamy and crunchy pasta casserole with a twist!⁣⁣
⁣⁣
The red pepper flakes gave a moderately spicy flavor and the ground pork rinds added the crunch at the top. And making them into single portions with small glass and ceramics oven safe dishes are so convenient and pretty looking.⁣⁣

⁣⁣I used zero carb ziti pasta from Miracle Noodle but you also use spaghetti or fettucine. Cutting them into shorter strips would give that ziti feel. I used leftover veggies from my fridge but you can opt for any suitable veggies. If you love cheese, you can certainly add more. Super easy to make and super yummy even my carb eating family members gave their thumbs up.”
