Thai-up your dinner with this recipe!

"Now, this is far from authentic, so its more "Pad Thai inspired." I had to make quite a few edits for making this keto and also not having access to some ingredients. Used Miracle Noodle angel hair pasta this time. As suspected, definitely great in Asian dishes. Here is what I used."

INGREDIENTS:

1 package of Miracle Noodle Angel Hair

SAUCE:

3 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Drizzle of rice vinegar
Drizzle soy sauce
Squeeze of lime
Eyrthritol to taste
Chili to taste

VEGGIES:

Bok choy
Onion
Green onion
Garlic
Bean sprouts

PROTEIN:

Chicken breast, pre-cooked
Shrimp, pre-cooked

DIRECTIONS:

1. Prepare Miracle Noodle according to package. Set aside.

2. Make your sauce by combining all of the sauce ingredients. Mix well and adjust amounts to preference.

3. Cook veggies in a pan via steaming or pan-frying in coconut oil. When cooked through, add sauce to pan along with protein and Miracle Noodle. Let the flavor of the sauce set in, then serve.
