Let's make a keto comfort food treat! It's a pudding made with out Miracle Rice!
"Keto "rice" pudding! It really tasted really good, it's not the same, but it's a good option! Shirataki rice does not have the same texture as rice, so it is different."

INGREDIENTS:
1 pack of Miracle Rice
4 cinnamon sticks
5 cloves
Pinch of ginger powder
A pinch of salt
1 cup of water
1 can of coconut milk
1 1/2 teaspoon of xantham gum
1/2 cup sweetener
DIRECTIONS:
1. Prepare Miracle Rice according to the package. Set aside.
2. Boil water with cloves, cinnamon sticks, salt, and ginger, then let stand for 10 minutes.
3. Sift and add rice, coconut milk, and xanthan gum to water. Boil and stir until viscous, let stand and serve to finish cooling in the refrigerator.
4. Garnish with cinnamon.
