Craving for some sushi? Here’s a fresh take on sushi. Make it keto-friendly with our Miracle Rice.
SUSHI RICE RECIPE:
1 package Miracle Noodle Miracle Rice, drained, rinsed, and dried out some in an oiled frying pan.
2 oz cream cheese
1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2-3 drops Sesame Oil
Microwave until cream cheese is melted and mix well.
SUSHI ROLL INSTRUCTIONS:
1 Sheet Nori Seaweed
Filing - Smoked salmon, sliced Cucumber, cream cheese, avocado
Wasabi and Pickled Ginger garnish (optional)
1. Keep Nori sheet dry and spoon rice mixture on top.
2. Wet fingers and then mold rice until flat. Be sure to leave about 1 inch at the top edge of the nori sheet with no rice and bout 1/2 inch at the bottom of the sheet with no rice.
3. Add your filings and then roll tightly.
4. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes. To cut, wet a sharp knife and then cut in half. Cut each half in half until you have 8 sushi pieces. Enjoy!
