Teri used our Miracle Matcha Health Mix-in. It contains the caffeine, antioxidants, healthy fats and fiber from white matcha tea, flax seed, goji berries and chia seeds. This treat will leave you satisfied and is so filling and packed with nutrients that it can be used as a meal substitute. Mmmmmmm!

Makes 4 Large Servings.
You will need: * A large bowl * A wire whisk * A spatula
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of plain Greek yogurt 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk 3 scoops of protein powder, flavor of choice (Teri uses a whey concentrate. Flavors were strawberry and banana.) 2/3 cup of Miracle Matcha Health Mix-in
DIRECTIONS:
1.) Combine yogurt and almond milk together. Blend with a whisk till smooth.
2.) Whisk in protein powder
3.) Stir in Miracle Matcha Health MixiIn. You may need to start scraping the sides of the bowl with a spatula to fully incorporate.
4.) Place mixture in an air-tight container and let sit for an hour or more. The mixture will thicken into a thick pudding/batter. If you like your pudding thinner, add less Matcha.
