1 pack Miracle Noodle Egg White Vermicelli Noodle
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
1 cup thinly sliced cucumber
1/2 cup sliced red cabbage
2 green onions, chopped

1 tbsp sesame seeds (white or black, or a mix)
Sesame Dressing:
3 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 tsp grated ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp sriracha (optional, for a spicy kick)
Instructions:
1. Prepare Noodles: Drain 1 pack Miracle Noodle Egg White Vermicelli Noodle and set aside.
2. Prepare Vegetables: Julienne the carrots, bell pepper, and cucumber. Thinly slice the red cabbage. Set aside.
