Ingredients

  • 1 Bag of Miracle Noodles (I used Angel Hair, but any kind will do)
  • 1/4 cup Walden Farms Sesame Ginger Dressing
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 Large tomato (diced)
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 1 celery stalk (diced)
  • 1 tsp dice garlic
  • 4 oz meat cooked (type and amount of your choice, I used chicken)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Cook meat, season it up if you like extra flavors.
  2. Add all other ingredients and simmer until almost all of the liquid has disappeared.

From Dr. Carp

One mechanism at a time.

A few times a month I explain one mechanism — why soluble fiber feeds the bacteria in your gut, why protein steadies blood sugar, why morning light shows up in how you sleep that night. Always the same shape: what happens, and the reason why.
