Ingredients


  • Miracle Rice
  • Saute in 1 Tbs olive oil until soft:
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • Stir in:
  • 1 can 98% FF cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 Tbs water
  • 1 tsp dry dill
  • 1 Tbs poppy seed
  • 2 large cans chicken drained (or 2 cups chopped chicken depending on what you have time for)
  • *Cook and stir for 1 minute:

Method

  1. 2 bags well drained and dry Miracle Rice
  2. *Cook and stir for 1 minute more
  3. Options:
  4. *Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake for 5 minutes. Enjoy!!
  5. Serves 4-6
