Daily RitualOne bowl a day

Not a diet. A ritual you actually look forward to.
The habit that sticks
The easiest habit to keep is the one you enjoy eating, because willpower runs out but pleasure does not, and a bowl you look forward to needs no forcing. That is why I never frame this as a diet, because diets ask you to grit your teeth, and gritted teeth rarely last past a few weeks.
One steady bowl a day works because it compounds, since small things done daily add up quietly in a way that big dramatic swings never do. A high-protein, high-fiber bowl in place of your usual carbs, done most days, gently feeds your gut and keeps your energy steadier, and those small steadinesses stack up over months.
So make it a ritual rather than a rule. Pick the bowl you actually like, put it where a heavier meal used to go, and let it become the easy, enjoyable part of your day. That is the reason this approach outlasts every diet, because you are not white-knuckling anything, you are just eating something good on purpose.
Egg White Spaghetti
The easiest bowl to make a daily ritual — protein-rich, low-carb, ready in minutes, and genuinely good.
