INGREDIENTS
1 bag Ziti Miracle Noodle
1 tbsp red pepper, cubed
1 tbsp green pepper, cubed
½ tbsp green onion, finely chopped
1 slice velveeta cheese
2-3 oz cooked ham, cubed
Dash red pepper flakes
Toppings: Sliced avocado and salsa of choice
DIRECTIONS
1. Drain, rinse, and pat noodles dry. Place noodles in a large microwave-safe mug and microwave on high for 1 minute. Drain any excess water from noodles and pat dry a final time.
2. Place peppers, green onions, and ham into mug and microwave for 45 seconds.
3. Add cheese and stir until everything is well combined. Add chili flakes, avocado, and a dollop of salsa. Enjoy!
