INGREDIENTS:
Miracle Noodle Fettuccine
Vegetable Stock
Assorted Veggies of Your Choice ️
DIRECTIONS:
1. Prepare the Miracle Noodle Fettuccine as per the instructions on the packaging, then add them to boil in vegetable stock for extra flavor for 2 minutes.
2. Drain the noodle, keeping the veggie stock. Then pour the noodles into a hot saute pan and sear until dry.
3. Then combine noodles with stock and serve with veggies of your choice! Veg out and enjoy!
Note: To make life easy, get a blend of frozen veggies as seen here. Steam and add to your stock. Roughly 90 grams (more than pictured) of a blend like this is only 50 calories.
