Ingredients

  • 1 11oz bag of GREEN GIANT Steamers BRUSSEL SPROUTS with Sea Salt and Cracked Pepper.
  • 1 cube of LAND O LAKES SAUTE EXPRESS Lemon Pepper Meal starter (Or 1 T butter, 1 tsp of olive oil, 1 T of lemon juice, and 1/4 t of garlic powder).
  • 1 or 2 bags of MIRACLE NOODLE RICE (or your favorite Miracle Noodle Pasta) depending on your individual choice (I used 1 bag for the photo, but sometimes use 2).
  • Chili paste or sriracha- to taste.
  • 10 Jumbo cooked and peeled shrimp.

Method

  1. First, rinse and then dry-fry the Miracle Noodle Rice until the rice is dry and squeaky.
  2. Set aside. Heat the Land o Lakes Saute Express Lemon Pepper cube, or the butter mixture, and add the frozen Brussels sprouts.
  3. Roast until heated through. Add the prepared Miracle Noodle Rice. Add the shrimp and heat through.
  4. Let it set for few minutes before serving to absorb the flavors.

From Dr. Carp

One mechanism at a time.

A few times a month I explain one mechanism — why soluble fiber feeds the bacteria in your gut, why protein steadies blood sugar, why morning light shows up in how you sleep that night. Always the same shape: what happens, and the reason why.
