  1. I suppose you could use any flavor infused olive of your choosing, however I like the slight spicy bite of the roasted red pepper for added flavor.
  2. Simply slice avocado and layer with red onion to your taste, sprinkle a little salt over the top then drizzle the olive oil to taste. I use about 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon. Enjoy!!
  3. Roll up and enjoy!!
