Ingredients
- 2 bags Miracle Rice
- 1 cup yogurt
- 24 drops stevia (or other sweetener to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Miracle Noodle Konjac flour
Method
- Rinse and boil Miracle Rice for 1-3 minutes, then either pat dry with paper towels or heat in dry frying pan until it squeaks. Set aside.
- Stir together yogurt, stevia drops and vanilla; add Miracle Noodle Konjac Powder and stir thoroughly to avoid clumping.
- Add Miracle Rice and stir to combine. Prep time 10 minutes including prepping the Miracle Rice. Serves 4. Enjoy!!
