Ingredients


  • 2 bags Miracle Rice
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 24 drops stevia (or other sweetener to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Miracle Noodle Konjac flour

Method

  1. Rinse and boil Miracle Rice for 1-3 minutes, then either pat dry with paper towels or heat in dry frying pan until it squeaks. Set aside.
  2. Stir together yogurt, stevia drops and vanilla; add Miracle Noodle Konjac Powder and stir thoroughly to avoid clumping.
  3. Add Miracle Rice and stir to combine. Prep time 10 minutes including prepping the Miracle Rice. Serves 4. Enjoy!!
