Ingredients
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 8 oz cooked Miracle Noodle Angel Hair or (any type)
- 1 tbs. light soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp sugar substitute
- 1 block of Tofu
- Your choice of vegetables (I used green peppers)
Method
- Pour chicken broth into pot and boil over high heat until bubbling. Add in powders, soy sauce, and sugar substitute and mix.
- Rinse and drain your noodles. (for best results dry roast Miracle Noodles)
- Add them to the pot. Cover and turn heat medium-low. Let simmer for 7 minutes.
- Add in your veggies and cut up tofu blocks.
- Simmer for another 10 minutes. The recipe takes prep time about 20 minutes.
