Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 8 oz cooked Miracle Noodle Angel Hair or (any type)
  • 1 tbs. light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp sugar substitute
  • 1 block of Tofu
  • Your choice of vegetables (I used green peppers)

Method

  1. Pour chicken broth into pot and boil over high heat until bubbling. Add in powders, soy sauce, and sugar substitute and mix.
  2. Rinse and drain your noodles. (for best results dry roast Miracle Noodles)
  3. Add them to the pot. Cover and turn heat medium-low. Let simmer for 7 minutes.
  4. Add in your veggies and cut up tofu blocks.
  5. Simmer for another 10 minutes. The recipe takes prep time about 20 minutes.
  6. VOILA. MWUAH, DEE-LICIOUS.

From Dr. Carp

One mechanism at a time.

A few times a month I explain one mechanism — why soluble fiber feeds the bacteria in your gut, why protein steadies blood sugar, why morning light shows up in how you sleep that night. Always the same shape: what happens, and the reason why.
