- 1 Bag of Miracle Noodle Rice
- 1/2 of a bag of frozen broccoli
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 Ounce of crumbled feta cheese
- 6 black olives (very finely diced)
- A few tablespoons of your favorite Italian dressings
- Salt and Pepper (To Taste)
- Red Pepper Flakes (Optional, To Taste)
- Place frozen broccoli in a large bowl.
- Prepare and add still warm miracle noodle rice.
- Stir, add the rest of the ingredients.
- I like to let this sit for at least an hour before eating, and preferably a few or overnight. Enjoy!
