Ingredients:
1 package of Miracle Noodles of choice
½ Napa cabbage
½ lb. of shitake mushrooms
½ lb. of bean sprouts
½ lb. of cooked chicken, and cut in slices
2 cloves of garlic
¼ of a small onion
1 tbsp. of grated ginger
3 tbsp. of soy sauce
1 tbsp. of sesame oil
splash of fish sauce
2 tbsp of coconut oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare MN as per package recommendation
Cut Napa cabbage in thick shreds
Slice shitake mushrooms
Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger and fish sauce together
In a wok heat up coconut oil and sauté onion and garlic, add mushrooms lightly seasoning with salt and pepper.
Add shredded Napa cabbage and add chicken, letting cabbage wilt just a bit
