Ingredients:
Nori rolls made with Miracle Rice
Spring rolls
Fresh salmon
Fresh escolar
Barbeque eel
Gluten-free eel sauce
Black and white sesame seeds
Directions:
1.) Slice the sushi rolls into an inch thick, and the fish half an inch.
3.) In a separate tray, pour over the sauce onto the barbequed eel.
4.) Arrange the sushi rolls, fish, and eel on top of the board.
5.) Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
6.) Have a separate bowl of miracle rice on the side.
