The recipe calls for just a handful of ingredients: evaporated skim milk; egg whites; vanilla extract; konjac flour (available from Miracle Noodle), which is a no-calorie, starch-free thickening agent that is often combined with other flours or starches to reduce total calories. The sweeteners are cinnamon and stevia, both of which are very low-carb.
