Today, I want to share a wild and mysterious tale about how I, Jonathan Carp MD, found Miracle Noodle in a magical corner of Japan back in 2006.
It all started with an intention - my Japanese friend and her father had invited me on a visit to Japan and they were determined to show off Japanese cuisine for its health benefits.
Little did I know that this journey would lead us to discovering the most remarkable noodle dish outside the magical city of Kyoto!
I was served this intriguing dish that my friend told me was filled with health benefits. And boy, was she right!
With almost every health benefit under the sun it felt like I was experiencing some kind of miracle! I couldn't believe it - it was a "Miracle Noodle!"
With such fantastic potential health benefits associated with it. I knew that this noodle couldn't stay hidden away any longer - it must be shared with everyone else!
So from that moment, it became my mission to spread the word as far and wide as possible - leading me ultimately to founding Miracle Noodle!
