What Are Konjac Flour Noodles?

Konjac flour noodles come in several varieties and are shaped from from the root of the konnyaku imo plant, which is a wild-yam like plant native to Asia. The root of the plant contains a lot of water and fiber. The vegetable flour from this plant is called konjac flour.

These konjac flour noodles have been eaten for centuries. And konjac flour itself has been used for over 1000 years to rid the body of impurities. Our customers use konjac flour noodles for weight management, blood sugar level improvement, better cholesterol levels and decreased insulin sensitivity.
