Skin and Nutrition

I was in Sacramento and invited to be on the news.   Below is the very short segment.   The teleprompter went out right before the segment so she didn't get to ask me what we actually planned but one thing I wanted to get across besides the importance of blood sugar control and swaps like almond flour was that the toxins in our environment are very bad and the best way to know what you may be exposed to is to go to The Environmental Working Group website and put in the products you use in your home.  I highly recommend this.  Anyway, I hope you enjoy my live TV debut!!  I have to admit I was a little nervous, especially when she said we were going to wing it since the teleprompter went out.

I think you did a wonderful job, Dr. Carp. It helps when you know what you are talking about. To me, you just flowed during the interview. In fact, I thought you were a whole lot better at “winging it” than the interviewer was. She described your sample foods as “stuff” and seemed to stumble over some of her words. Anyway, Great Job!!!!

Wow! I think you did a great job Dr. Carp. If you were nervous, it was very hard to tell and you seem to have covered all the points well.

I thought you did a great job! I am a holistic health coach and in fact in my book Today’s the Day Seven Week Fitness Plan I recommend Miracle Noodles as a resource to help clients continue on their weight loss journey and anti-inflammatory lifestyle!
