INGREDIENTS:
Miracle Noodle Angel Hair Pasta
Sauteed Veggies: no oil used, just a little water
Shiitakes
Bell peppers
Red onion
Sauce (mix together):
Sunflower butter
Liquid Aminos or soy sauce
Maple Syrup
Sriracha
Fresh lime juice
Water
DIRECTIONS:
1. Drain noodles & heat in a dry pan.
2. Toss noodles with sauce & veggies and top with scallions!
