According to WebMD, Maqui is used for weight loss, diabetes, heart disease, fatigue, "detoxification," and for general health and wellness.
Fourth of July recipe alert from Craving Happy!
INGREDIENTS:
1 bag of Miracle Rice
15 drops vanilla @nunaturals #nustevia (or sweetener of choice to taste)Â
1 teaspoon maqui powder (for color)
1 teaspoon coconut oil
3 large strawberries, chopped .
3 tablespoons of blueberries .
DIRECTIONS:
1) Prepare Miracle Rice according to package directions. Set aside.
2) Combine Miracle Rice, coconut oil, and stevia in a small bowl and mix well until combined. If coconut oil isn’t melting well, feel free to pop in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
3) Mix in maqui powder for blue base color (optional).
4) Finally, mix in the berries and enjoy! I highly recommend adding a dollop of whipped cream.
