INGREDIENTS:
⁣⁣
1 lb beef, bite-size (i used top sirloin)⁣⁣
2 tbsp avocado oil, (divided)⁣⁣
1-2 tbsp butter⁣⁣
Minced garlic⁣⁣
1/2 onion, diced⁣⁣
3 tomatoes, diced⁣⁣
Red and green bell pepper⁣⁣
Green olives⁣⁣
4-6 oz cheese (upto you)⁣⁣
Salt and Pepper⁣⁣

DIRECTIONS:
⁣⁣
1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in the pan on medium-high to high heat⁣⁣
⁣⁣
2. Season the meat with salt and pepper and Cook the steak in batches if necessary (Don’t overcrowd the pan). Once you have finished searing, transfer all the meat to a clean plate.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
3. In the same pan, add 1 tbsp oil and butter. Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes and cook until tomatoes soften.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
4. Add in seared beef, bell peppers, cheese, and olives. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 5-8 mins.
