Sometimes you just want comfort food on a cold night! Try this low-carb and cheesy meal to satisfy your cravings. This meal is made with our keto-friendly ziti shape, which is perfect for mac and cheese, casseroles, and salads!

INGREDIENTS:
1 pack of @miraclenoodle ziti, drained + rinsed
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp salt + white pepper.
1 tbsp @traderjoes everything but the bagel spice
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese grated
1 tbsp turmeric (for color)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Optional garnish: scallions + parm!
DIRECTIONS:
1. After draining the noodles, place into a pan on med-high, and allow noodles to dry up from the water.
2. You will hear a squeaking sound indicating this.
3. Add the garlic, and then the cream, and stir in the cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Allow to bubble and thicken, and remove from heat.
