"This Chicken Bacon Fettuccine Alfredo looks and tastes like the ultimate cheat day meal. Well, no cheat day here! You can indulge and stay on track with this one because it comes out to only 6 fsp per serving! I used @miraclenoodle Fettuccine to keep the points low without sacrificing taste! These noodles are a zero net-carb pasta, pasta substitute that are made up of 97% water and 3% fiber. The fiber comes from the bulb of the Japanese Konjac plant. They are also gluten-free!"ā£

Serves: 4 (6 fsp/serving)ā£

INGREDIENTS:

2 packs of Miracle NoodleĀ Angel Hair
1 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp minced garlic
3 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Cups unsweetened almond milk
1 cup fat-free half and half
1/2 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepperā£
Nutmegā£
2 Chicken breasts, cut in half and sliced
6 slices of bacon
Basilā£
Red pepper flakesā£

DIRECTIONS:

1. Cut chicken breasts in half, slice, season with salt and pepper, and cook in a skillet.ā£

2. Cook bacon in oven and chop.

3. PrepareĀ Miracle Noodle according to package and set aside.ā£

4. HeatĀ olive oil in the pan. Add garlic and saute.ā£

5. Add almond milk, half and half, flour, and cornstarch. Whisk until smooth. Reduce heat and simmer on low.ā£

6. Stir in cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

7. Add chicken, bacon, basil, and red chili flakes.
