INGREDIENTS:
Amounts: use as much or as little as you want
1 pack of Miracle Rice
Base Layer of Romaine Lettuce
Grilled chicken
Shredded cheddar
Grilled bell peppers, sliced
A squeeze of lime
Fresh cilantro
Pickled red onions, sliced
Guacamole
Smoky chipotle salsa
DIRECTIONS:
1. Prepare Miracle Rice according to package. Set aside.
2. Layer the above bowl contents.
3. Enjoy!
