Cold Chicken Noodle Bowl

Beat the heat with a meal that’s cool and delicious. This low-carb noodle bowl recipe features chicken, flavorful veggies and some seasoning.

1 pack Miracle Noodle Angel Hair
1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
1 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cucumber, sliced
2 green onions, chopped
Pickled ginger for garnish
Black sesame seeds for garnish


2 tablespoons hot oil
3 tablespoons Tamari (soy sauce)
1 tablespoon Lakanto (or your preferred sweetener)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1.) Prepare your Miracle Noodle Angel Hair according to the package instructions. Set aside to cool.
2.) In a small bowl, mix hot oil, Tamari, Lakanto, and apple cider vinegar. Adjust the sweetness and spiciness according to your taste.
3.) In a large bowl, combine Miracle Noodle Angel Hair, shredded chicken, cucumber slices, and bean sprouts.
4.) Pour the sauce over the noodle mixture and toss until well coated.
5.) Garnish with chopped green onions, pickled ginger, and black sesame seeds.
6.) Serve immediately or refrigerate for a chilled experience.
