"Green Goddess Goodness! You guys, the sun came out, which means today is a GOOD day! Naturally, I had to celebrate with some green goddess goodness. A big congratulations to Miracle Noodle for expanding their portfolio to Hearts of Palm Pasta! Hearts of Palm Pasta is a great low-carb alternative to regular pasta and has a comparable texture.
Here, I have Hearts of Palm Pasta with blistered cherry tomatoes, green olives, egg whites (for protein), tossed in TJ's Green Goddess Dressing."

INGREDIENTS:
1 Serving Hearts of Palm Pasta
2-3Tbsp Trader Joe's Green Goddess Dressing
1/4C Green Olives
1/4C Chopped Cherry Tomatoes
1/4C Egg Whites
1/2Tsp Fresh Garlic + Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1. Boil hearts of palm until desired texture.
2. In a pan, sauté garlic with chopped tomatoes and olives.
3. Toss in the hearts of palm, egg whites, and dressing. Continue cooking until egg whites are cooked through.
