Make this recipe with our Organic Miracle Noodle Spaghetti!

"I get so excited about carving pumpkins, but there is so much goop and mess when it’s all said and done. These bell peppers make for the perfect substitute! Just fill each carved pepper with this meaty marinara recipe and you won’t have to worry about extra dirty dishes!"

        INGREDIENTS:

        2 bell peppers
1 bag Organic Miracle Noodle Spaghetti
        ½ cup Marinara sauce
4oz cooked ground turkey or beef
        1 tbsp minced garlic
        ¼ cup yellow onion

        DIRECTIONS:

1.) Drain, rinse, and pat dry miracle noodles. Place noodles into a small bowl and set aside.

2.) Sauté onions in a medium saucepan until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Toss in ground meat and break into crumbles with the back of a wooden spoon. Cook until browned and not pink. Pour in marinara sauce and mix until well combined. Cook for another 10 minutes on low heat. Toss in miracle noodles and mix until noodles are well coated.

3.) Cut faces into peppers using a small knife. Cut the tops off each pepper and set aside. Clean out the seeds. Place half of the noodle mixture into each pepper. Enjoy!
