"OMG, a healthy bagel!
These bagels are not only low in calorie (~70 per) but are far more nutrient dense, and contain more fiber than your average! Besides “pumpkin everything,” I’m also all about “cauliflower everything.” Riced Cauliflower is the superstar ingredient in this batch of bagels.

Makes 4 Bagels


1/4 tsp Konjac Flour from Miracle Noodle
3 cups cauliflower rice⠀⠀⠀
1 egg
3 Tbsp Caulipower Flour Mix from @caulipowered (or regular flour)
Garlic/Pepper Mix + Everything but the Bagel Seasoning from Trader Joe's


1. Combine cauliflower rice, caulipower flour mix, konjac flour, egg, garlic and pepper in a bowl. Stir until ingredients are fully mixed.

2. Divide into 4 even balls on a baking pan, lightly press each and create a hole at the center. Bake at 400 for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
