Hearts of Palm Pasta with Roasted Squash and Habenero Sauce

"Keto Miracle Noodle Hearts of Palm Pasta with roasted squash, olive, and habanero sauce; made with Twisted Ranch and garnished with Flat Iron Pepper Hatch Valley green chiles, burnt broccoli, and fresh radish."
1 can of Miracle Noodle Ready-to-Eat Hearts of Palm Pasta
1 small roasted acorn squash
1 green habanero pepper
2 tbsp Twisted Ranch black peppered Parmesan
1 tbsp olive tapenade
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lime juice (or as needed for thinning purposes)
1/2 Hass avocado
Flat Iron Pepper Hatch Valley Green Chiles
4 florets burnt broccoli
3 slices of fresh radish
1. Blend squash, habanero pepper, black peppered Parmesan, olive tapenade, olive oil, and lime juice.
2. Drain pasta and rinse.
3. Sauté sauce you just made briefly to mellow flavors. Mix pasta into heated sauce, turn off heat, and stir for 2 minutes.
4. Plate and garnish with avocado, green chiles, burnt broccoli, and radish.
To make burnt broccoli, take florets and roast with olive oil and salt and pepper. Bake at 350-400 till edges turn black.
There are many recipes online for olive tapenade. Check out allrecipes.com for reference. Alternatively, you can purchase premade. Check your grocer's aisle where you find olives and artichoke spreads.
