low-carb fettuccini noodles. Here's the recipe for the sauce.
"Alfredo is one of the few ‘acceptable’ meals my kids will eat. Usually, they’ll only touch nuggets or pizza, but I can make a batch of Alfredo sauce and they’ll eat it without complaint. Of course, it’s in a big bowl of fettuccine pasta, but that’s still a win in my book. For my plate, I swap the carby noodles with Miracle Noodle shirataki noodles to keep it low carb. Still delicious though!"
ALFREDO SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
Chicken breast grilled
1/2 stick butter
1 cup of heavy cream
A handful Parmesan cheese
1. Take half a stick of butter and about a cup of heavy cream and give it some time to reduce.
2. Add a handful of parmesan cheese and seasoned it with a pinch of nutmeg.
3. Plate with the noodles tossed in the Alfredo sauce, sliced chicken and freshly grated Parmesan.
