Keto Shrimp Fried Rice
Try this healthy, low-carb and keto-friendly dish that’s perfect to serve as a main course anytime you’re craving for rice.
1 package Miracle Rice (2g Net Carbs)
12-14 medium shrimp, seasoned with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper (0g Net Carbs)
1 egg scrambled, seasoned with salt and black pepper (1g Net Carbs)
1/2 Cup Chopped Spinach (1g Net Carbs)
2 Tbsp thinly slices green onions (1g Net Carbs)
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce (1g Net Carbs)
1/8 Tsp Sesame Seed Oil (0g Net Carbs)
1. Season your shrimp and set aside. Rinse the miracle rice in warm water thoroughly and then dry out on medium heat in a pan for about 7 minutes. Set aside.
2. Cook your shrimp, spinach, green onions, and then scrambled egg. Add in the cooked miracle rice and mix well with Soy Sauce and Sesame Seed oil. Enjoy!
