Low-Carb Brownies

Who likes chocolate? Who likes brownies? Who likes dessert that's low-carb? We do, and so does Jennifer! Jennifer is one of our Ambassadors, and she's a fan of our Konjac Flour, which is perfect for baking.

Our Konjac Flour is a perfect substitution for cornstarch. Add as a thickener without adding calories or carbs, and reap the benefits of it's high fiber content.

When life brings you a visit from your sister, eat healthy under-cooked brownies and veggies.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup almond Milk
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1 teaspoon Konjac Flour from Miracle Noodle
1 egg white
1/2 cup Truvia (or Swerve, Just Like Sugar, Monk Fruit, Stevia)

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a baking dish. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
