Unicorn Pho Bowls!
I don't think I've ever been so excited to share something with you.

You want to know how the noodles turn colors, right?? It's so easy - you boil them with a bit of red cabbage to get the blue color, then the lime turns them unicorn pink. (Credit to @theindigokitchen for the technique.)

I could entertain myself doing this for multiple meals in a row, so it's good this Miracle Noodle 
shirataki is zero calories. I had to buy a whole pound of bean sprouts and only used a few ounces in this bowl, so I think we all know what I've be eating all weekend.

INGREDIENTS:

1 pack of Miracle Noodle Angel Hair
Red Cabbage
Bean sprouts
Jalapenos
Cilantro
Scallions
Lime

Suggested Topping Choices:
Hoisin sauce, sesame oil, sriarcha

DIRECTIONS:

1. Rinse Miracle Noodle for 15 seconds, then boil in water with a couple cups of red cabbage. Drain and set aside.
2. Assemble all your veggies into the bowl. Top with your favorite sauce. 
3. Place noodles on top of the bowl.
4. Slice the lime and squeeze fresh lime juice on top of the noodles. They will change color!
