INGREDIENTS:
1 pack of Miracle Rice
Full-fat coconut milk⠀
Lakanto Monk fruit sweetener
Mango⠀
Black and white sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS:
1. Prepare Miracle Rice by rinsing for 15 seconds, follow by boiling for 2 minutes. Drain and dry out in a naked pan till all water is absorbed. Set aside.
2. Combine coconut milk with monk fruit sweetener till desired sweetness is reached.
3. Combine Miracle Rice with coconut milk mixture.
4. Peel and square mango.
5. Top with mango and sesame seeds.
