Miracle Noodle Chocolate Latkes to celebrate the Miracle of Chanukah! Calling all Latke Lovers for this dessert! A chocolate latke with a Nutrilicious twist: Miracle Noodles serve as a great vessel, and a healthier alternative for any latke or fritter.
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of Truvia
1 egg white
1.) Rinse Miracle Noodles for one minute, then boil for two minutes. Drain and pat dry.
2.) Lay Miracle Noodles on parchment paper and cook in the oven at 400 for five to seven minutes to dry them out.
3.) In a bowl, combine cocoa powder, truvia, and egg white. Stir and combine until the chocolate mixture is smooth.
4.) Heat up a pan, divide noodles into four equal latkes. Place noodles in a circular shape and pour chocolate mixture over.
5.) After the chocolate latkes have cooked through, place all in an oven at 350 for an additional 5 minutes. Serve latkes with your desired toppings.
