Miracle Rice Porridge

This warm and cozy porridge is perfect for a weekend breakfast or brunch. Make it with our keto-friendly Miracle Rice.

INGREDIENTS:

1 pack of Miracle Rice (prepared according to package)
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 inch Ginger, julienned
1 tsp Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum 
3/4 c water 
Salt
Fish sauce (optional)
Lemon (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

1. Heat oil in a pot and saute garlic and ginger. Add water and the prepared shirataki rice.

2. Bring to a boil. Reduce to low heat and add xanthan gum. Cook until you are satisfied with the consistency.

3. Season with salt and serve with a squeeze of lemon and a splash of fish sauce if desired.
