"Take your taste buds on an Italian vacation without leaving the comfort of your own home. Pomodoro means "tomato" in Italian, and that's exactly what this is - a fresh tomato sauce highlighted with lots of fresh herbs. This dish only takes five ingredients and five minutes to make. While you can definitely go the traditional route, I recommend serving it over Miracle Noodle spaghetti for a low-cal and healthy pasta alternative that tastes and feels exactly like the real thing."

INGREDIENTS:

1 pack of Miracle Noodle Organic Spaghetti
1 package of cherry tomatoes on the vine
1/4 C diced white onion
Garlic
Herbs: fresh basil for topping, dried oregano, & dried basil,
Fresh cracked pepper & salt to taste

DIRECTIONS:

1. Prepare Miracle Noodle according to package. Set aside.

2. Place all the sauce ingredients (except for the fresh basil) in a medium saucepan with a small drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

3. Sauté until the tomatoes burst, creating a chunky sauce. Continue to sauté and stir for another two minutes to incorporate the flavors further.

3. Serve over your favorite noodles and top with lots of fresh basil! Bon appétit.
